The Merchants Association, in Utica, Ohio,  is a non-profit organization made up of local businesses, schools, churches and associate members. The Annual Events we participate in are:  Highway Clean Up; Utica Farmer's Market; Ice Cream Festival; Community Yard Sale; 4th of July at Southend Park; Homecoming Festival on Main Street; Christmas Walk on Main Street; and Shop Small Saturday. Our funds and efforts support scholarships for Utica High School seniors and work on Utica downtown revitalization.
